We want your visit to be a remarkable one. Here are a few commonly asked questions to help you with your visit.

What to expect for Drug Testing

  • You must have a federal issued photo ID (Driver’s license or passport).

  • Testing will be a collection of urine excluding paternity and alcohol breath testing. Please come prepared to provide a urine specimen on site.

  • If you are unable to provide an adequate amount of urine (about 4 tablespoons) on your first attempt,

  • you will have up to 3 hours and may drink up to 40 oz of water during this time before submitting next specimen. Water will be provided.

  • You may NOT leave testing facility at any time once you check in or during the waiting period as mentioned above until testing is complete.

  • You may not bring any personal items or outerwear into restroom. You will be asked to empty pockets before testing begins. A lockbox is provided to secure your items.

  • No children or other persons are allowed in the restroom during testing.

  • If you have any questions or concerns during the collection process, please feel free to ask at any time.

Do I need to schedule testing?

For urine drug testing, we take walk-ins only. Walk-in times are 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. DOT CDL Physical Examinations, Non-CDL DOT/Medical Card Physical Examinations and paternity testing need to be scheduled. Call ahead for breath alcohol testing.

How long is the average wait time for a walk-in visit?

This varies. If you come prepared to submit an adequate urine specimen and there is no one else testing, the process should only take 5 - 10 min. We will try to get you in and out as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Do you offer free parking?

Yes, parking is available directly in front of the testing facility.
